Duties and Responsibilities
Technical Configurations:
- Manage and oversee technical configurations on PaaS platforms
- Ensure the efficient deployment and maintenance of these platforms to meet the organization’s needs.
Communication Process Structuring:
- Implement and maintain communication processes using workflow tools like Jira and Confluence.
- Streamline and optimize communication channels to enhance collaboration and productivity.
- Foster a culture of clear and timely communication within the IT team and across departments.
- Ensure that updates, changes, and progress reports are communicated effectively to relevant stakeholders.
Manage a team of 1 IT Ops Associate and 1 Data Associate
- Demonstrate clarity and detailed communication when working with team members.
- Take ownership of mistakes and work towards continuous improvement.
- Foster an open and collaborative work environment.
