Job Purpose

  • To deliver high-quality technical support, system, and data maintenance across a range of areas, in order to contribute to the effective delivery of IT services. The incumbent will support the Country Office (CO) and Field Offices (FO) with the technical operations and ongoing support and scale-up of digital solutions, specifically SCOPE (SCOPE is our beneficiary management system for all interventions) in the field. Will provide operational support including user support and training, catering for continuity of existing operations, but also scale up and deployment of new operations, as well as supporting change management and providing ongoing monitoring of technical aspects of operations.

Qualification:

  • Has experience resolving more complex technical issues.
  • Has worked with head of units in defining requirements for functional area.
  • Has experience with the application of client services standards to resolve or escalate clients’ service problems.
