General Purpose of The Job
- The Grants & Compliance Graduate Intern will assist the Grants and Compliance Officer to ensure partner finances comply with established accounting standards and donor rules and regulations. He/she will ensure that control policies and procedures are in place and operational for partners to address risks affecting attainment of project objectives by conducting regular internal control reviews. He/ She will support the design and facilitation of institutional capacity strengthening plans for partners. He/ She will support timely response to partner requests related to sub-award agreements, budgets, and spending.

Qualification:
- A degree in Accountancy or equivalent.
- Knowledge of various applicable Zimbabwe laws and regulations is required.
- At least one year attachment in accounting department.
- Proficient in MS Office packages (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and accounting systems.
- Ability to work under pressure, balancing competing demands to achieve agreed-upon.
