DRC Job Vacancy 2023
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Support the Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability and Learning Department in rolling out qualitative and quantitative monitoring and evaluation approaches aiming to build contextually grounded learning into programme activities;
- Ensure that all economic recovery interventions are informed by market conditions through overseeing regular labour market and skills assessments.
- Visit programme activities and provide support and feedback to staff and implementing partners on programme approaches and methodological issues.
- Maintain technical links with DRC Regional and HQ counterparts to ensure that DRC Sudan programmatic priorities align with and respond to global learning.
Qualification & Experience:
- Master degree in one of the following: International development, social sciences, international relations, human rights
- At least five years proven and successful record of accomplishment as technical advisor or project manager in the field of livelihoods;
