UNEP Job Vacancy 2023
Specific tasks and responsibilities:
Under the supervision of the Chief, Big Data Branch, Science Division, and in close collaboration with other staff of the World Environment Situation Room, the Data analyst and resources mobilization consultant will perform the following tasks;
- Geospatial network support and management
- Advanced Geospatial strategy
- Resources mobilization and strengthen partnership for One UN Geospatial.
Qualification & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in, preferably, Project Management, Social Sciences, International Development, Urban Planning, Architecture, and Environment Design, Programme Support or Political Science is required.
- At least 5 years of relevant working experience in the field of fund raising and data analysis is required.
Languages:
English and French are the working languages of the United Nations Secretariat. For this assignment, fluency in oral and written English is required. Knowledge of other UN languages is an asset.
