UNEP Job Vacancy 2023
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Implement the UN-REDD Programme communications strategy, in support to the UN-REDD Communications Officer
- Develop and implement digital engagement and branding strategies that align with UN- REDD’s goals and objectives.
- Produce compelling content for various communications materials for the UN-REDD Programme.
- Monitor and analyze communication and branding metrics to measure the effectiveness and uptake of regional initiatives.
- Prepare a plan and deliver a range of strategic, targeted, and tailored communications products highlighting UN-REDD’s work.
Qualification & Experience:
- Master’s Degree in journalism, political science, social science, public affairs, public relations, development studies, communications,
- knowledge management or other relevant fields is required.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in communication is required.
- In-depth knowledge of communication approaches and strategies is required.
- Experience in working with international development organizations in advocacy and communication including the design and facilitation of events is required.
