IOM Job Vacancy 2023
Core Functions/ Responsibilities:
- Perform preliminary analyses on project implementation activity mapping in close coordination with Project Focal Points.
- Track and produce updates on project activities, where relevant, suggest corrective actions with mapping and identification of needs and gaps, draft specific segments of project proposals in close coordination with Project Development Focal Point.
- Complete various forms, templates, and tracking tools for projects in close coordination with the Project focal points for the smooth tracking of the activities.
- Assist in the organisation of, and take part in, workshops, trainings, and consultations with national stakeholders according to project activities.
Qualification:
- Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Social Science, Development Studies, or a related field from an accredited academic institution;
- University degree in the above fields with two years of relevant professional experience.
Experience:
- Experience in Project support in humanitarian fields, including administrative and budget monitoring, and financial tracking;
- Experience in training activities, including reporting;
- Working experience with International, Humanitarian or Development Organization; and,
- Working experience with Programmes Management is an asset.
